You function as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, guiding clients throughout the entirety of their real estate transactions. Your primary objective is to grasp clients' needs and preferences, assisting them in discovering the most fitting properties or securing buyers for their own. Responsibilities and Duties:

Engage in daily communication with potential leads and customers via our internal CRM system.
Maintain consistent follow-up with customers through various channels such as calls, WhatsApp, email, and texts.
Innovate strategies to identify prospective buyers effectively.
Participate in departmental training sessions and presentations.
Gather updates and offerings from construction companies and agencies.
Execute tasks delegated by the immediate supervisor.
Present appropriate offers to prospective customers.
Compile lists of properties for sale, detailing information like location, features, and square footage.
Fulfill other job-related responsibilities as necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

Possession of a BSc in Business or a related field, or a high school degree.
Demonstrated work experience of 1-2 years as a customer service representative.
Essential experience within the real estate sector.
Proficiency in CRM systems and their practices.
Proficiency in English, in addition to being a native speaker.
