Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, your role encompasses the strategic optimization of our marketing initiatives while promoting our company's brand and services. Your responsibilities extend to overseeing the marketing budget, personnel, and forecasting. You will be pivotal in aligning marketing strategies with sales, finance, and business development departments, crafting comprehensive marketing plans, managing diverse platforms and campaigns, and reporting results to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate marketing strategies in collaboration with sales, finance, and business development teams.
  • Formulate annual, semi-annual, and quarterly marketing plans to amplify client engagement.
  • Supervise web, database marketing, and social media activities, while efficiently managing campaign budgets.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly and annual reports for senior leadership.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, ensuring goal achievement.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, platforms, and social media trends.
  • Undertake other tasks aligned with the job requirements.


Administrative Duties:


  • Facilitate seamless coordination among the marketing team (social media specialist, content writer, graphic designer) to accomplish tasks.
  • Measure and report on the performance of the entire marketing team.
  • Utilize discerning hiring skills to identify potential digital marketing talents, both full-time and freelance.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Holds a BSc/MSc degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of 3-4 years in digital marketing.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, diverse channels, and effective branding methodologies.
  • Exhibits experience in B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and other creative software.
  • Proficient in conceptualizing digital campaigns and navigating SEO/SEM landscapes.
  • Displays proficiency in CRM systems and their utilization.
  • Commands fluency in English, alongside a mastery of the native language.
